Missed calls, quotes that go out late, an invoice run that takes a whole morning. Concrete beats general — "we lose about four jobs a month to slow replies" tells me more than "we need automation".
What it costs you today
Hours, lost jobs, a person doing something a system should do. This is what decides whether the work is worth doing at all, and I would rather tell you no than sell you something that does not pay for itself.
What you already run on
WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, QuickBooks, a CRM someone set up years ago. Existing tools are usually the fastest thing to connect, not the thing to replace.
